1. Who We Are

Scalelist Universe (scalelistuniverse.com) is an independent creative intellectual property. We create and publish our own original content — music, art, manga, and videos — to our own brand accounts on platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and others. This website and its associated tools are operated by a single independent creator ("the operator").

2. What the Scalelist Publisher App Does

"Scalelist Publisher" is an internal publishing tool used exclusively by the operator. It posts original Scalelist Universe content only to accounts owned and controlled by the operator. It is not offered to the public, does not onboard other users, and does not interact with anyone else's account or content.

3. Data We Collect

We collect no third-party user data. Specifically:

We do not collect, store, or process any personal data from visitors of this website beyond standard, anonymous hosting logs provided by our hosting provider.
The Scalelist Publisher app collects only OAuth access tokens for the operator's own accounts, granted by the operator, used solely to publish the operator's own content.
We do not collect data about any other TikTok users, followers, or viewers.
We do not use tracking cookies, analytics profiling, or advertising identifiers on our legal pages.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store the e-mail address you give us — see section 11.

4. How Data Is Stored and Protected

OAuth tokens for the operator's own accounts are stored on the operator's private server, accessible only to the operator. Tokens are used exclusively for authenticated publishing requests to the respective platform APIs and are never shared, sold, or disclosed to any third party.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share any data with third parties. The only data transmission that occurs is between the Scalelist Publisher app and the official platform APIs (e.g., TikTok's Content Posting API) for the purpose of publishing the operator's own content to the operator's own accounts.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

OAuth tokens are retained only for as long as they are needed for publishing and can be revoked at any time by the operator through the respective platform's security settings. Since we hold no third-party user data, there is no third-party data to delete. Any inquiries may be sent to the contact address below.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children, and as stated above, we do not collect personal data from any visitors or users.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

10. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Sweden.

If you choose to subscribe to the Scalelist Universe newsletter or to vigge.pro updates, we store your e-mail address, the list(s) you chose, and the date and IP address of your confirmation. The list lives on our own private server (self-hosted Listmonk, hosted by Contabo GmbH, a German provider) — it is never sold, rented, or shared, and we never import addresses we did not receive directly from you.

Double opt-in: nothing is sent until you click the confirmation link in the first e-mail. Unconfirmed addresses receive no newsletters.
Sending provider: e-mails are delivered through Resend (resend.com), which processes your address only to deliver our mail.
Tracking: newsletter e-mails may contain an open-tracking pixel and tracked links so we can see whether an issue is read. Blocking images in your mail client prevents open tracking.
Your rights: every e-mail contains an unsubscribe link. From that link you can also change lists, export your data, or delete it permanently — instantly and without asking us. You may also contact us (section 9).
Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6.1a), which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing.
