Low, weathered. Like a storm that has decided not to break yet. Says less than he could; means more than he says. Never raises his voice to summon lightning — the lightning hears him at any volume.
The Infinite Administrator. Vigolas operates at HADOM ∞−1 — one tick below the uncountable. He summons lightning with intent alone. He defeated Captain Vass at Lightning's Mouth in S3, killed his own Backward-Self at the Crack in the Seal in S4, and bound K-XII's soul-thread inside the Eighth Codex. He carries Stormhold's keep. He drinks during thunder.
Reverse Lightning — when Vigolas is angry enough, lightning rises *from* the ground *to* the sky. Few have lived long enough to remember seeing it.
Origins OVA Episode 1. Before that — implicit since the founding of Stormhold. The throne was empty until he sat in it; the sea-coast was unnamed until his lightning marked it.
